For more than 125 years the ANWB is an association looking after the best interests of its members. Guaranteed with a unique mix of services in the field of mobility, holidays and free time. In the last years the ANWB is more active as a tour operator. Besides Pharos travel, ANWB has taken over three more tour operators: Fox holidays, SNP and Golf travel.
Key challenge
"As a tour operator the ANWB offers a rich variety of travels. These are promoted in periodically printed catalogues, which should stay up to date during a specific time of year. Besides catalogues it was necessary to print out customized vouchers, to provide clients with a tangible feeling of service. Meanwhile the underlying data has to be in sync with their website. Without own content management system this formed a big challenge for the ANWB."
Key solution
MMB implemented their product Desk® PMs, which is connected to the ANWB’s internal “booking system” as well as to an external DTP company. With this step the development and printing of catalogues (or small vouchers) became an easy procedure controlled in-house of the company. Desk® PMs was also used as a content management system, enabling them to maintain their website. This allows the ANWB to publish the latest texts and images as well on their website as also in the catalogues and vouchers. Controlled from a central point and just by one click.

The process of catalogues/vouchers creation and printing is entirely managed by the ANWB and is fully automated. This way no additional cost and time are spent and work is handled much more efficient.The biggest advantage achieved by using Desk® PMs is the considerable increase in customer satisfaction.
