They deliver these components as fast as possible to dealers/garage and are available for orders 24 hours a day. It is necessary to provide a high service at any time as many mechanics and dealers are in demand of specific parts mostly on very short notice.

MultimediaBrains helped USN by enabling searches for components through the license plate number of end user’s car. Huge databases of license plates, car types and products were put into the system so that mechanics could easily locate the appropriate components and options to have them shipped over. The interface between Desk® PMs and the backend systems of USN–Centuri enables customers to see if components or parts are in stock and to place an order (or back order). By having all the information in the database and adding a Publication Module it also very easy to update the catalogue and have it printed.
